Carpet Cleaning

Your carpet is a large investment to your home. Abrasive soils and dirt can cause permanent damage to your carpet. That’s why most manufactures recommend a thorough cleaning by a professional every 12 to 18 months.

Our 10 Step Procedure
1) Pre-Inspection. We thoroughly inspect the job before starting the cleaning process. This allows us to locate area’s that may need some added attention.

2) We will perform a fiber test per the IICRC guidelines to determine the best manor to clean your carpet.

3) We then treat and clean any spots that may need added attention.

4) A Pre spray is then applied to all traffic areas and followed with agitation to release soils from carpeting. This will be done with a machine or carpet rake depending on the level of soils.

5) We then extract the soils with our truckmount heating the solution up to 240 degrees using neutral rinsing agents and emulsifiers that are recommend for stain resistant carpet.

6) We then post treat any stains that might of needed special attention.

7) We apply an application of fabric softener (if not applied in step 5) this is done in accordance to manufacturers specifications and will leave the fibers soft.

8) We then Set the Pile with a carpet rake when needed this aids in drying time and helps distribute the fabric soften.

9) We block and tab all furniture that was moved

10) We recommend a treatment of carpet protector this creates an invisible shield around the fiber and helps prevent dirt dust and liquids from causing permanent damage.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

Some stains may cause permanent damage. A few examples are bleach, dyes, oils, cosmetics, pet stains and acid based stains such as fruit juices. Therefore we cannot guarantee to remove all stains.

Upholstery Cleaning

Our 5 Step Procedure

3) We Brush and Vacuum to remove and loose soil.

4) About 90% of our upholstery cleaning is wet cleaning with our low moisture upholstery tools.
Leaving upholstery damp without over wetting this ensures faster drying times usually with 1 to 3 hours. We will also use dryers to speed drying when needed.

5) We recommend applying an Upholstery protector. This will help you protect your investment and give you many years of enjoyment.
